At S&N NatureProvisions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural cocoa products. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us here and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition
- Orders returned without prior approval
